Why is the resolution limited to Full HD and 4K?
- QuickPortals is based on an After Effects template where all the portal animations are pre-designed. These animations are optimized for horizontal and vertical videos with a 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio. The scaling and maximum resolution of the portal compositions are specifically configured for Full HD and 4K output.
I see a weird green glow in my portal.
Change the Project Color Depth from 32bpc to 8/16bpc.
Depending on your video’s color depth, the glow effects won’t work in 32 bpc.
